The funds concerned include billions of dollars that finance solar energy in an income quarter on the roof, subsidize households with low and medium -sized incomes and watermembers by electrical heat pumps and grants to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and other harmful pollutants.
“The illegal financing of the Trump government endangered law enforcement financing, essential health care and childcare services as well as other critical programs to which millions of Americans rely on,” said the New York Attorney General Letitia James, Democrat.
