Washington (AP)-The dispute over the illegal deportation and detention of Kilmar Abrego Garcia “is not just about a man”, but also about Donald Trump’s disregard for the American judicial system, said Senator Chris Van Hollen on Friday, when he returned from a three-day trip to El Salvador to have released the publication of the man to publish the man.

Van Hollen spoke to reporters shortly after he had traveled in the USA, only a few answers about what will come next in Abrego Garcia’s case. However, the Maryland Democrat said that he and others will repeatedly say after the Trump government had expressed court commands to facilitate his return to the United States, and insisted that he would remain in El Salvador -also recognized an “mistake” of the deportation of him.

“It is about protecting the constitutional rights of all living in the United States,” said van Hollen at Washington Dulles International Airport at a press conference with the followers of Abrego Garcia. “It is very clear that President Trump Administration obviously and apparently disagrees and opposes the order before the Supreme Court.”

Abrego Garcia’s wife Jennifer, who stood next to him, wiped the tears when the senator shared her husband’s comments about his family’s missing.

There was a lot of uncertainty about the future of Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoranian citizen living in Maryland, after Van Hollen had a carefully staged opportunity to meet him in El Salvador on Thursday. Maryland’s senator said Abrego Garcia reported

The status of Abrego Garcias, after Van Hollen had gone, was not known, and there was no indication that Van Hollen’s journey displaced him closer to the release.

The case has become a focus in the national immigration debate. Democrats insist that President Donald Trump exceeds his executive authority and does not respect the courts. Republicans criticize Democrats for defending a man of Trump and official from the White House, even though he is an MS-13 gang member, even though he was not charged.

Van Hollen said that Abrego Garcia told him that he shared a cell with 25 prisoners and was afraid of many co -coatings in Cecot before moving to another center in Santa Ana, El Salvador. He said Abrego Garcia reported that they were treated well – but noticed that they were surrounded by government reasons at that time.

Democrats are pushing, the Republicans are not restricted

The struggle for Abrego Garcia is the latest partisan flash point when the Democrats in the first months of the second government of Trump by breaking and postponing.

Other democratic legislators have explained that they will fly to El Salvador to drive the release of Abrego Garcia forward, but the partisan pressure has not achieved any results. President Donald Trump and the President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, have only pretended to keep him out of the United States. This attitude remained even after the US Supreme Court asked the administration to facilitate its return.

The press spokesman for the White House, Karoline Leavitt, said that Abego Garcia “will never live again in the United States”.

On Thursday, Bukele posted pictures of Van Hollens Meeting with Abbargo Garcia and said that the prisoner “received the honor of staying in El Salvador’s care”. Van Hollen said that a Salvadoran government official put other drinks on the edge with salt or sugar on the edge so that they drank margaritas. Van Hollen said that neither he nor Abrego Garcia had drunk out of the glasses that were garnished with cherries in the photo that Bukele published.

After days when he had contested that he knew a lot about Abrego Garcia, Trump said on Friday that he knew that Abrego Garcia’s prison record was “incredibly bad” and called him an “illegal alien” and an “foreign terrorist”.

The President also answered on Friday with a social media post, in which Van Hollen “begged for attention in El Salvador yesterday” like a fool.

More congress members visit prison or try

Several Republicans of the house visited the notorious gait prison to support the efforts of the Trump government. MP Riley Moore, a Republican from West Virginia, published on Tuesday evening that he had visited the prison in which Abego Garcia was recorded. “I have now left even more determined to support President Trump’s efforts to secure our homeland,” wrote Moore on social media.

The officials of the US immigration and customs authority confirmed in court at the beginning of this month that the deportation of Abrego Garcia was an “administrative error”. The government’s recognition generated immediate turmoil by immigration lawyers, but officials from the White House have stated that he is a gang member.

The struggle has also been played in controversial court files, with repeated government rejections to tell a judge what it should do, if at all, to repatriate it.

The three-judge committee of the 4th Court of Appeal of the US cycle unanimously refused on Thursday to complain about the decision of the judge to suspend jury from the Trump government officials, and said that the judiciary was violated by the “constant intimacy of its illegitimacy”, while the executive “loses a lot against the public perception of its legal”. “

Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III, nominated by President Ronald Reagan, wrote that he and his two colleagues “state that it is not naive to perceive our good brothers in the executive branch as vital for American ethos.”

Since March, El Salvador has accepted more than 200 Venezuelan immigrants from the United States, to whom the Trump government officials accused of gang activities and violent crimes. The Bukele government put it in the country’s gang prison outside of San Salvador in the country’s gang prison.
