If you could bet your bank account, your 401(k) and your house that the ridiculous ladies of ABC’s clown show “The View” would not only enthusiastically praise President Joe Biden’s unconditional pardon of his wayward son Hunter Biden, but also win, you would have done it if you were complete idiots by insisting that the serial lying president wasn’t consistently lying when he promised not to pardon Hunter? Would you have done that?

Me too. In a heartbeat.

Welp, that’s for sure, that’s exactly what happened in Monday’s episode, as the “Cackling circle” joyfully celebrated a corrupt father’s “great gift of freedom” to his reckless son, who was convicted of gun possession in Delaware in June and also pleaded guilty to tax offenses in California in September.

Additionally, host (the mother) Whoopi Goldberg went into a frenzy when she continued to insist that Biden wasn’t lying (countless times) when he said he would not pardon Hunter under any circumstances.

Calling Biden’s months-long lie a “change of heart,” Whoopi kicked off the absurd celebrations while also making sure to launch a now meaningless attack on President-elect Donald Trump (emphasis mine).

Yesterday Biden had a change of heart and granted his son a full pardon on tax evasion and federal weapons charges. He released a statement saying: “No reasonable person looking at the facts can come to any conclusion other than that Hunter was chosen because he is my son.” This is false and there is no reason to assuming it will stop here. Now I hope Americans understand why a father and a president make this decision.”

So The question is: will people understand it? You know, listen. I understand it. We have a convicted felon as president.

Whoopi, of course, “forgot” to mention that Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith recently dropped his case against Trump for federal election interference, and that a US federal judge dismissed the case in which he accused Trump of stealing classified documents improper handling/storage, and that Trump files suit to dismiss the New York criminal case in which he was found guilty in May of 34 felony counts related to falsifying business records became. On November 22, Judge Juan Merchan decided to postpone Trump’s sentencing in airy of his election victory, and it is unclear at this point if and when such a sentencing might occur.

Anyway, after co-host Sunny Hostin clapped like a seal, Whoopi kept spitting.

And I know you-know-who asked: Are you going to pardon the January 6 people? Actually probably not, but [long pause] I somehow have the feeling – I’m looking at the list of people that you – you know – who pardoned in the first term. He granted 237 acts of clemency, 143 pardons and 94 commutations, including Michael Flynn, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Charles Kushner, Steve Bannon, George Papadopoulos, Albert Pirro and Lil Wayne.

A few differences. First, Trump didn’t repeatedly promise that he wouldn’t forgive any of this. Secondly, I looked at the list and none of their last names are there Trump. Goldberg had previously stated that she would continue to refuse to call Trump by name. Not childish at all, Whoopi – no, definitely not.

Goldberg continued:

You know, It’s a president’s prerogative. People can say: Why are you doing this? That’s what presidents do every time. They do it every time. You forgive someone. So I’m not sure where the pearl necklaces are happening now other than that people want to do it, but it seems kind of stupid to me. Given everything that happened, you kind of knew he would do it, but maybe I’m just crazy.

Yes, it is a president’s prerogative. Yes, presidents pardon people “all the time.”

But the “pearl clutching,” as Goldberg derisively called it, comes as Joe Biden has again repeatedly vowed not to pardon Hunter. He lied. Call it whatever you want, but the man blatantly lied. Worse, he favored a family member over the law; a family member over equal justice before the law. Yes, equal justice be damned Biden defiantly showed us.

“The View” spits: The ladies just can’t handle Trump’s overwhelming victory and are blaming “uneducated white women.”

Somewhat surprisingly, former Republican co-host (pretend Republican, whatever) Alyssa Farah disagreed with Goldberg about the pardon.

Most Americans, If they face consequences for their actions, they must face them, and no one with powerful and political connections will step in and save them.

And I think A. This fuels the idea in many parts of the country that there are simply different rules for those in power. And when we sit here and say a lot, like, “Well, Donald Trump did X, Y, and Z, and how did he get elected?” Because in many parts of this country, it just becomes noise. They think if you commit crimes and you have someone powerful and connected in DC, right, left, center, Biden, Trump, you get away scot-free if you have someone on your side; and so it is not for normal people.

Secondly, I have a problem with lying about it. I was going to ask him here when he appeared on The View, but the thought was He said so many times that he wouldn’t forgive him. For me this is a lie from the public. I felt sorry for Karine Jean-Pierre for having to say repeatedly that he would not pardon him. That’s why people don’t trust Washington, that’s why they don’t trust politicians.

Sunny Hostin then basically lost her mind reacting to Farah, but I decided not to waste time transcribing her babbling nonsense. If you are interested, watch the video. I just can’t.

The conclusion

It was hilarious to watch the late-night talk show hosts from CNN, MSNBC and ABCNBCCBS, as well as other left-wing media outlets, scramble to defend Joe Biden’s reprehensible, blatant pardon of his son Hunter.

Still, we can always bet that the ridiculous ladies of The View are only there for entertainment purposes. That is, if ABC doesn’t come to the few senses it might have and toss the ridiculous show to the sidelines.
