Trump arrives at the White House to meet with Biden as the transition begins

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden welcomed President-elect Donald Trump to the White House on Wednesday, a tradition between novel and outgoing American leaders, although the courtesy was not extended to Biden after he won the 2020 election.
