Washington (AP) – The government of President Donald Trump proposed on Tuesday to revoke a scientific statement that has long been the central basis for the US campaign to regulate greenhouse gas emissions and to combat climate change.
The proposed rule for the Environmental Protection Authority would take an explanation from 2009 in which it was found that carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases endanger public health and well -being. The EPA proposal must be carried out by a lengthy review process, including public comments, before it is completed next year. Environmental groups will probably question the change change in court.
