Washington President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance and several cabinet officials spoke on Sunday in Arizona at a five-hour commemoration for the delayed conservative political activist Charlie Kirk, whom the Republicans mourn as a friend and as a strength behind Trump’s second presidency.
