Trump is sworn in as the nation’s 47th presidentTh He was elected president on January 20, and he reportedly plans to arrive in the Oval Office armed with over 100 executive orders on border and energy security. He met with Republican senators on Wednesday and talked about his plans, and some of the attendees were insightful what he said.
During a Thursday morning appearance on “Fox & Friends,” Sen. Markwayne Mullin, R-Okla., said Trump indicated there were nearly 100 executive orders to address issues such as border security and U.S. energy.
“He dismissed that – 100 – it could be about 100 EOs, yes. I believe him,” noted Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D. The hill.
Senators were given previews of some of the 100 executive orders shared with them, two sources noted Axios. Stephen Miller, whom Trump tapped to join his modern administration, discussed plans from day one to utilize executive power to combat border and immigration issues, the outlet reported.
In a social media post on Monday, Trump indicated that he would “rescind” many of President Biden’s orders:
Biden is doing everything he can to make the TRANSITION as arduous as possible, from unprecedented lawfare to costly and ridiculous Executive Orders on the Green New Scam and other money-wasting hoaxes. Fear not, these “orders” will all end…

Have no fear, these “orders” will all be lifted shortly and we will become a nation of common sense and strength. MAGA!!!
Course reversal: Trump promises to lift Biden’s drilling ban “immediately” – but that may not be so effortless
Biden continues to act like an incensed child, expanding protections to 800,000 immigrants to attack Trump
Trump’s incoming deputy chief of staff for policy, Stephen Miller, detailed some of the immigration measures the president-elect wanted to take and said the idea that the military should not be involved in our border security is dated.
“We are putting in motion on Day One a series of executive orders for President Trump that will represent the most comprehensive border security plan in American history,” the modern deputy chief of staff said @StephenM.

(*100*) know, on President Trump’s first day, we’re putting into action a series of executive orders that will represent the most comprehensive border security plan in American history. There has never been anything like this before. It is the most hearty, far-reaching, and far-reaching set of executive actions and powers that this national emergency requires that anyone has ever contemplated, and if implemented, it will restore American sovereignty once and for all, and it will also be the case Restore the idea that the Department of Defense plays a fundamental and central role in securing the homeland from foreign invasion.
We will no longer accept the Department of Defense securing the borders of every country except our own. We will utilize the Department of Defense to secure our nation’s border.
As Biden continues to remove obstacles to thwart Trump’s agenda, the president-elect has clearly been busy. The first day will be lit and liberal minds will explode.
Anyway, that’s what I’m here for.
