President Donald Trump asks a Federal Supreme Court in Florida, Rupert Murdoch, to force a deposition for the president’s complaint against the Wall Street Journal within 15 days, citing age and physical condition of the media mogul.

Trump sued the journal, the Murdoch in the possession of Murdoch, on July 18 in front of the US district court in Südflorida because of his story about the connections of the Republican President to Jeffrey Epstein, the financier and the alleged sex dealer for children, who died in court in 2019.

The President’s application for the court on Monday found that Murdoch was 94 years elderly, has suffered several health pissers in recent years and has lived in New York.

“Taken together, these factors put a great impact on determining that Murdoch would not be available for personal statements in court,” said Trump’s application before the court.

A spokesman for Murdoch’s News Corp. did not give back an inquiry for comment immediately. Trump’s application said that Murdoch’s lawyer stated in a phone call that he would oppose the efforts.
