Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders delivered one of the final prime-time speeches on the second day of the Republican National Convention. She delivered an emotional speech in which she sharply criticized President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris and even denounced First Lady Jill Biden.
As expected, Sanders’ dig at the First Lady was a hit on social media. Here’s what she said:
When I was President Trump’s Secretary of State – the best job – I got the chance to take my four-year-old son, Huck, to Bring Your Kid to Work Day, much like Jill now drags Joe to Bring Your Husband to Work Day.

It was nice to laugh after hearing so many solemn speeches about real cases where families have been pushed to the brink because of the policies of the Biden-Harris administration. She mentioned that she is the youngest governor in the country and the first female governor in Arkansas history.
Here is part of what Sanders said about Trump:
President Trump is a leader, and he is the leader our country needs. And if there was ever any doubt about that, we saw earlier this week how tough, resilient, courageous and bold this man is, and we can’t get him back in the White House speedy enough.
Sanders then turned her focus to Trump’s compassion – which you won’t hear from the mainstream media – after media pundits attacked her and slammed the left for its vitriol and supposed attempt to empower women.
I want to talk about the man I know. When the president hired me, I was the first mother and only the third woman ever to serve as White House press secretary. In that role, I endured relentless attacks from the left. As a guest at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, I was insulted. My family was denied service and thrown out of a restaurant. And a parent at my three-year-old son’s daycare spat on my car. And in those moments, it was President Trump who defended me. And when an MSNBC anchor, the author of several books on empowering women, said I was unfit to be a mother — and another MSNBC anchor said I was despicable, not even human, and should be strangled — MSNBC again did nothing.
But our president took me aside, looked me in the eye and said, “Sarah, you are smart, you are beautiful, you are tough, and they are attacking you because you are good at your job.” That is the Donald Trump I know, and that is the Donald J. Trump I will always respect.
The left doesn’t care about women’s empowerment, Biden and Harris can’t even tell you what a woman is, they only care about their own empowerment, but we have a president who believes in empowering all Americans and believes our country is worth fighting for.
That was a forceful statement from Sanders. She made a compelling case for voting for Trump, and every undecided voter should watch her speech.
Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders details how liberals who supposedly want to empower women RELENTLESSLY attacked her during her time as press secretary and how it was President Trump who helped her get back on her feet.
