Kamala Harris was apparently too busy to schedule an appearance on the wildly popular podcast The Joe Rogan Experience. When she realized things were looking bad, she tried to negotiate terms but ended up losing out.
She should read a book called “The Art of the Deal.”
But now Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance has paraded them and agreed to sit down with Rogan on Wednesday. Well played JD, well played.

Vance already is on the way:
Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance is traveling to Austin, Texas, on Wednesday for an interview with podcaster Joe Rogan in his studio.
Donald Trump joined Rogan for a three-hour interview on Friday.
Now, it’s fair to say that Harris hasn’t completely closed the door on an appearance yet, but at this point it seems highly unlikely. It’s clear that she and her team are aware of the fact that without a teleprompter, she simply wouldn’t be able to have an real conversation or think on her feet while facing the pointed questions that Rogan would surely ask .

Trump appeared on the podcast on Friday and spoke freely and without notes with Rogan for three hours. In fact, Rogan said the former president didn’t even employ the toilets:

This is more bad news for the Harris team. She gave her “final speech” Tuesday night at the Ellipse in Washington, D.C., against the backdrop of the White House, but it was mostly full of obscene platitudes and offered all but “Trump is the devil incarnate and wants to build the Fourth Reich.” That wasn’t a message that resonated well with voters, but she’s putting it out there anyway because that’s all she’s got (except abortion, abortion, abortion).

I guess it’s easier to read the same thing over and over again from the teleprompter than to face Rogan for three hours and act like you can relate to him.

Harris holds a campaign rally Scheduled for Wednesday at a farm show in Pennsylvania. In the meantime, JD will speak to tens of millions of potential voters.
