Washington (AP) – A civil servant of social security who submitted a complaint by the whistleblower in which the suspicion of the Americans misunderstood the suspicion of the Americans, says that he has returned his posts due to actions that have been taken since his complaint.

Charles Borges, the chief data officer of the agency, claimed that more than 300 million American data from Doge civil servants were at risk, which had uploaded confidential information to a cloud account that is not subject to supervision. His whistleblower was submitted to the special consultant’s office on Tuesday.

In a letter to the SSA commissioner Frank Bissignano, Borges claimed that the agency’s actions have made his tasks “impossible and ethically” and caused “physical, mental and emotional stress” since submitting his whistleblower complaints.

“After reporting internally to the management and external to the regulatory authorities, serious data as well as security and integrity concerns that affect the most sensitive personal data of our citizens, I have suffered an enemy working environment and made an enemy working environment unbearable,” added Borges.

The Project Government Accountability Office, which represents him in his Whistleblower case, published Borges’ return letter on Friday evening. Borges rejected a statement.

“He no longer had the feeling that he could continue to work for the social security authority with a clear conscience because he had seen what he had seen,” said his lawyer Andrea Meza in a statement. She added that Borges would continue to work with the right supervisory authorities on this matter.

In the complaint of his whistleblower, Borges said that the potentially sensitive information was endangered by DOGEs measures, include health diagnoses, income, bank information, family relationships and personal biographical data.

“If bad actors have access to this cloud environment, Americans may be susceptible to the widespread theft of identity, possibly lose important health and food advantages, and the government can be responsible for spending a new social security number at high costs,” said the complaint.

Borges has been working as a Chief Data Officer of the Social Insurance Authority since January.

The SSA refused to comment on Borges’ resignation or allegations against the agency in his letter to colleagues.

President Donald Trump’s dog was examined by the Republican administration to an unprecedented access to personal data in the entire government under the mandate for the removal of waste, fraud and abuse.

SSA sued Labor and Pensioner groups at the beginning of this year to enable Doge to access the sensitive agency data of the Americans, although a shared appeal committee has decided this month that Doge could access the information.
