Donald Trump spoke at a campaign rally in the crucial swing state of Wisconsin on Saturday and promised to end the Biden-Harris administration’s operate of the Justice Department. He also called for an amendment to the 25th Amendment to allow impeachment of a vice president who helps cover up the fact that a sitting president is incapacitated and unable to perform his official duties.

In a speech in the tiny town of Mosinee, Trump said Kamala Harris should be disqualified for her cover-up of Joe Biden’s dwindling mental capacity:

I will support an amendment to the 25th Amendment to make it clear that if a Vice President lies or engages in a conspiracy to cover up the incompetence of the President of the United States … If done with a cover-up by the President of the United States, that is grounds for immediate impeachment and removal from office –because they did that. (Emphasis added)

The Republican candidate also vowed to end the systematic instrumentalization of the Justice Department that has taken place under Biden-Harris and in which we are witnessing endless persecution of Trump himself and ordinary American citizens who are resisting the regime:

First, I will put an end to the instrumentalization of government and the abuse of law enforcement against political opponents once and for all. Under Comrade Kamala, Christians and pro-lifers are rotting in prison for praying in public. What about the people they arrest for praying in public? These people are infirmed.

People like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, good people, were locked up because they followed the advice of their lawyers. And as everyone knows, the Justice Department under Harris and Biden is trying to put me in prison – they want me in prison. For the crime of exposing their corruption.

We expose their corruption. They go after the people who expose it, not the people responsible for the corruption.

Bannon criticizes J6 committee and Justice Department before prison sentence: “Political prisoner of Nancy Pelosi and Merrick Garland”

Trump also promised to pardon “political prisoners” – presumably including some J6 participants – who he believes were wrongfully prosecuted:

Once we win, we will immediately review the cases of all political prisoners who were wrongfully victimized by the Harris regime, and I will sign their pardons on day one. I will sign it.

We will completely overhaul Kamala’s corrupt Justice Department and turn the Justice Department back into the best law enforcement agency in the world. Instead of going after Republicans, they will focus on dismantling bloodthirsty cartels, transnational gangs, and radical Islamic terrorists – words they won’t even say. They won’t even say any of those words.

The rally in the Badger State comes ahead of Tuesday’s highly anticipated presidential debate in Philadelphia. Polls show an extremely close race, but many experts point out that the momentum appears to be slightly in Trump’s favor. As we’ve noted, the former president has consistently topped the polls in the past.
