When Lori Lightfoot Chicago’s mayor was, it was often said that she was America’s worst mayor, and the then mayor of York City, Bill de Blasio (D), banged in a close second.
Fortunately, even though both are no longer in office, Chicago fed up in the next election cycle (spring 2023) with a bonafide wokester in the form of Brandon Johnson, who was supported by the police and the police, and the police corrupt Chicago Teachers Union, for whom he worked before he ran for the mayor.
Johnson probably took on the role of the “worst mayor”, although he has a powerful competition with Dolton, the mayor of Illinois, Tiffany Henyard. Unfortunately, his problems will deteriorate for Johnson.
